roxanne davies, ceo

A seasoned investment executive with thirty years of expertise in family office management, alternative asset strategies, and ultra-high-net-worth client services across leading private banking institutions. Currently serving as CEO of Proprietary Capital Holdings, a Singapore-based licensed investment management firm, she directs investment operations and strategic initiatives for a select group of families.

Her career spans senior leadership positions at financial institutions including HSBC and Union Bancaire Privée, where she led Private Equity divisions and High Net Worth client services. She specializes in alternative asset management with particular depth in direct investing strategies and non-traditional asset classes.

Her governance experience includes board positions across public and private companies spanning multiple industries and jurisdictions. She currently maintains advisory roles with international family offices, providing strategic counsel on investment frameworks and operational excellence.

In 2011, she established and directed the Asian investment platform for a multi-generational European family office with Swiss heritage. Her leadership expanded the firm's regional investment presence while maintaining alignment with global investment mandates and the family was the anchor client for PCH.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, she contributes to philanthropic initiatives through organizations including the Singapore Red Cross, SPCA, and Human Rights Watch. She regularly participates as a thought leader at industry conferences, addressing family office governance and alternative investment strategies.

Roxanne holds a Master's degree in Finance and an Executive MBA from HEC/ Wharton.

michael j. coleman, executive director

Executive Director at Proprietary Capital Holdings Pte Ltd and anchor investor. He spent 19 years with Cargill as a proprietary commodity trader, notably managing Cargill's natural rubber trading business and Asian petroleum business.

In 2001, MC in conjunction with Marubeni, founded U Derivatives, a rubber trading company, where he was Chief Operating Officer until April 2004 after which he founded RCMA Asset Management Pte Ltd with Doug King, a renowned oil trader. Their flagship product, The Merchant Commodity Fund, is one of the most long lived and successful of commodity hedge funds. At its peak, assets under management were US$2.7 billion. In 2010 MC and Doug King bought and rapidly expanded physical commodity trader RCMA Group. MC seeded Tradeflow Capital, an award-winning niche trade finance firm.

MC has been based in Singapore since 1984 and is currently Chairman of SGX's Rubber Committee and is a former Chairman and current committee member of The Singapore International Chamber of Commerce Rubber Association.

He was Chairman of the Singapore branch of The Alternative Investment Management Association from 2009 to 2012.

MC holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Geology) from Exeter College, Oxford.

An avid rugby fan, he is a director of and shareholder in St Helens Rugby Football Club.
